There's a simple 3 step process for your custom tailored clothing. 

MEASURE & STYLE

After you order online, an email will be sent to schedule a Zoom appointment, in store appointment or an office visit with one of our expert tailors/stylists. They will instruct you how to measure yourself properly and catch any mistakes you make in real time. Together we’ll take a variety of measurements to ensure an accurate cut and also discuss your preferences for how you wear your clothing, your work and play activities and what you’ve liked/disliked about other professional and casual wear. Have an article of clothing that you love for the appointment or share some images & inspirations. Together, we will select the cut, fabric, lining, buttons and all the endless details.

Finding your own suit measurements is hard, so we put together a video for you on exactly how to do it. You will be a pro at measuring yourself before your virtual appointment!

TAILOR 

Our expert tailors will create your pattern, cut the fabric, sew the garment and make sure all the details are included.

FIT

Once your custom made clothing is complete (about 4 weeks), schedule another Zoom appointment with us to ensure you get the fit that you want. Thanks to our propriety measurement process the adjustments are typically minimal. If there are any adjustments needed, you can ship it back to us and we will fix it for you for no extra charge.
